Volunteer Opportunities
If you wish to volunteer for the SGS Icelandic Society-there are many opportunities.
-hosting tour groups,assisting with the food service
-maintaining our facilities & yards :Creamery Museum, Fensala Hall, Markerville Church
-helping in the" Kaffistofa "Coffee Shop
-participating in fund(fun)raising actives such as the Viking Cup Golf Tournament ,Christmas in Markerville Show & Sale with the annual Cookie Walk,working bingo's or a casino, Cream Day or other special events
In 2009 we recorded over 5,000 hours of volunteer time!
