Markerville Creamery Museum

The creamery offers tours of a 1930's butter creamery, and the Kaffistofa serves coffee, lunch and ice cream

Breakfast Bagel or Wrap    $8.00 
A fresh cracked egg served on choice of bagel or wrap.  Ham, bacon,  cheese, lettuce and Caesar cream cheese served with a side of fresh fruit. Served all day. 
Pylsur    $12.00
An Icelandic Specialty. A farmers sausage on a bun with choice of crunchy, pickled red onions or raw onions. Served with either potato or greek salad.
Flatbread and Cheese $12.00

Sandwiches served on choice of bread, bagel or wrap, with a choice of either ham, roast beef , turkey or egg salad. Served with side of fresh fruit, potato salad or Greek salad.

Smoked salmon or Pickled Herring  served on choice of bread or bagel. Served with capers, lettuce, Caesar cream cheese, Red onions and topped with Garlic Aioli. Served with a side of fresh fruit, potato salad or Greek salad

Cooked, peeled shrimp, chopped green olives and pickles, tossed in mayo, yogurt sauce, served on choice of bread, hard boiled eggs, fresh dill, green onions.
